Family History

This is a brief history of the family before Ivy Dare left Twinbrook to begin her own legacy in Lunar Lakes. (You can read more about each generation over at the Dark Side of the Moon Legacy page)

 

 

Raven Moon came to Twinbrook from a distant planet. With no connections in the town, Raven wanted nothing more than to begin a long standing and well respected family. She married Finn Summer, a vampire. They had two kids before he died of sun exposure and Raven lived out her life as a sculptor raising her two boys with the help of her mother-in-law Maggie.

Edward Summer-Moon married his high school sweetheart after his mother passed away. He lived with his new wife Chloe, and his brother William in the house in which he was born. Eddie and Chloe had twins Elijah and Emerald. Chloe and William had an affair which ended when she gave birth to his triplets and Eddie divorced her. Eddie later remarried a young woman Layla and had three kids.

Emerald Reed helped her father's widow raise the three young kids they had together before he died, until her step-mother left for a new town. Emerald accidently got pregnant to a one-night stand and sought comfort from her best friend. Emerald fell in love with, and eventually married, her girl friend Tyler Reed. The two women raised Emerald's twins Nora and Lexi together.


 

Nora Diehl and her twin sister married their respective high school sweethearts and lived together in the house that they were raised after their mothers passed away. But Nora was left raising her own ghostly daughter and her niece after her husband, her twin sister and her other niece were killed in a house fire. Nora never remarried and remained in the house until she passed away of old age.

Petra Diehl lost her father, aunty and cousin at a young age and sought comfort in her unusual toy and imaginary friend Ziggy. Ziggy grew with Petra and one day she found a potion to make him a real person. They fell in love as teenagers and despite a brief break during Ziggy's midlife crisis they remained together until death parted them. They had three children together, and they raised them with Petra's cousins twins. Petra's youngest child became the heir.

Anastasia Dare grew up in a big family but after her parents passed away she was left alone in the big house. She fell in love with werewolf Lucas Dare and although she took his name the pair were never together. Lucas's life was too dangerous and he never committed to Ana, even after she had their twins Evelyn and Noah. Ana passed away from old age, after tragically losing her daughter and heir.

Evelyn Dare was full of passion and adventure and embraced the wild side of life. She was an alchemist like her mother and transformed herself into a witch as a young adult. Evie loved many men and when she fell pregnant she wasn't sure who the father was. Evie passed away from eating dangerous and magical jelly beans leaving her toddler son Gabriel to be raised by her mother and her brother and his wife.

Gabriel Dare was raised by his werewolf uncle and fairy aunt after his witch mother passed away. Gabriel inherited his mother's witch skills and her love of adventure. After his uncle and aunt left for a new town Gabriel began travelling the globe rather than sit around in the big empty house. While in France Gabriel met and fell in love with Sylvie. They married back in Twinbrook and had three children; Emilie, Violet and Ivy.
